how soon after they started crawling did they learn to get back to sitting...
DD is trying sooooo hard to get back to sitting but it's just not happening she's been crawling well for the past two weeks and poor thing wants to get back to sitting and is huffing and puffing trying to do it

ds was craling for about a month when he figured it out... and i think it was by accident

too cute..no, she's def trying you can see her struggling...she also hasn't gotten up to sitting yet from lying down either, she's a chub so its harder for her

he struggled for a while... i think my mother kept telling me he was going to get it over and over for a few weeks.. if it makes you feel any better... ds just learned to truly crawl last week... before that he dragged his legs around (since he was 6 months) which sounds fabulous in shorts on hardwood floors

My DS learned to do that before he started crawling. For a few weeks he was just rocking on all four and he eventually learned to push back and sit. Then a week later he started crawling.

My DS learned to do that before he started crawling. For a few weeks he was just rocking on all four and he eventually learned to push back and sit. Then a week later he started crawling.
Same for my DD. I think the fact that she's in daycare played a huge role, though. When she started about 3 weeks ago, she wasn't even rocking. But from watching the other kids, she's finally putting it all together

a few week, one day I just turned around and he was sitting up when he had just been crawling. I almost fell over.
