How to find houses for sale on the market?
I know "www.realtors.com"
Is there a MLS website that you can narrow down an area to look at or by criteria, like 4 bedrooms, garage, dining room, 2 bathrooms, etc....?

Listingbook has been great, I was able to put in all that kind of criteria. I believe it pulls info from MLS, but I find it has more info than MLS.. or at the very least more user friendly.
My agent had sent me a user ID and password for it. If you have trouble getting into it, I can send you a referral link to sign up.
ETA: you are able to specify "must haves" and "like to have" criteria.

you can do an advanced search and it'll bring up a lot of of those choices

ITA. I've used a ton of site and Listingbook is far my favorite.
