hysterscopy with sedation?

I know a pp mentioned it. Looks like I need to have it done.

Do doctors offer sedation in office or do I have to go to a hospital? Are they going to think I'm nuts for asking for it?

They want to do a biopsy with it.

It depends on how they are prefroming the biopsy. Mine was a D & C biopsy, so I needed anesthesia, but thre are other ways of doing it that may nto require anesthesia.

Whether or not you need anesthesia will probably determine where it is done. My doctor said she could do it at the out patient surgical center or the hospital--she didn't do anything requring anesthesia in her office.
