People ahwo are always there for others, and always giving of themselves, tend to get very little in return. Because of the lack of reciprocity, you are constantly putting your energy out and getting nothing back. It always will drain you and leave you feeling empty after a while. Especially if people are toxic on top of taking all of your energy....
It may be time to assess who really needs you, who gives back to you in some way, and who keeps taking wihtout ever giving anything back, and wanting more and more, and filling you up with poison instead.... 
Exactly what I feel right now!
The process of making these changes is overwhelming sometimes.

It's the nature of the beast! I finally said enough is enough and people tend to rebel againt that! Oh well tough sh!t to them. I need to take care of me first!

So not fair that you have to be all things to all people yet there isn't one person who will do that for YOU! My challenge to you is to find that friend. Everyone needs one person that THEY get to rely on. I am sorry you are feeling this way today

Since my BFF passed away almost 4 years ago I have yet to find someone that can come close to being that person for me

I know of an entire website of people that would apply for the job but I agree you do need someone IRL.

AWW, PHyl, Im sorry youre feeling this way. WE all have days like this.
Like you said yourself, take care of YOU first. Make a TIME OUT in your mind (dont go sit in the corner or anything  ) and write down a few things you'd like to do to relax, maybe a manicure, pedicure. maybe out for a cup of cofee with someone.
and dont overwhelm yourself with too much. everyone around you will be fine just taking care of themselves if they see you are busy every now and then. 
Youre loved by so many, Im sure of that, both online and offline!

I actually took a nap and then watched Young Frankenstein! Tonight I'm going to sit in my Jacuzzi! It's just hard to tell myself it's ok to think of me first
