I feel like the constantly hungry pregnant woman
Breakfast at 7:40
1 huge bowl of Special K Chocolatey delgiht cereal
1 cup of sliced pears
at work:
9:30 - sliced applies with caramel
11:00 - chocolate chip mini muffins
1:15 - stouffers turkey panini
3:00 granola bar
and now I am waiting for my 3:45 break so i can make a bowl of oatmeal.
I feel like I am starving. 
Any other's constantly hungry

Exactly. Tonight is Fettucini with alfredo sauce and  loves fettucini with alfredo sauce. Gotta give the baby what he loves

I am always hungry. I try to eat a healthy breakfast, fruit for snack at 10:30. Lunch consisting of something with veggies, and then another snack at around 3:45. All the sudden I have noticed that I need to eat smaller meals throughout the day!

That sounds like me.
Breakfast: egg and cheese mini croissant, bagel, fruit cup
snack: banana
lunch: shrimp teryaki, cupcake
Now I am looking for more food i am so hungry

I am always STARVING. The hunger pains get so bad. The weird thing is I'll just finish eating and my stomach still hurts really bad...like right now.
All I do it eat!!! I'm afraid I'm going to gain so much weight but I have to eat because the pains are so bad. (BTW...they are definitley hunger pains and not cramp pains).

We just found out the company is buying us lunch tomorrow. We're getting BBQ. I said oh I hope they ordered double, pregnant woman in the house who needs to eat

not me... not yet... (but I'm a couple weeks behind you)
So far I'm eating just about the same amount as before... maybe only 300 cals more than before at best... 2 meals, and a couple snacky things at night....
my big thing is WATER. 3-4L a day

I was ravenous in the beginning of my pregnancy then it tapered off a bit but the need to eat constantly is picking up again. Some days I'm hungrier than others but I just go with it and eat otherwise my stomach doesn't stop growling.
