I know it's far fetched....
but I figured I'd ask anyway 
I had spotting on Friday (3/21) for one day only. I had blood taken Monday and Tuesday of this week and my progesterone jumped from 2.4 to 7 in one day. Could the spotting be from implantation (wishful thinking, I know...)?
I was going for monitoring up until 3/10 (for my 50mg clomid cycle) and my largest follie was 14.5, so the doctor decided to end my cycle with provera. Could I have possibly ovulated after the monitoring and have had implantation spotting this past Friday? I know it seems a little outrageous, but the more I read, the more crazy I get. Can someone just give me the facts, please?

Here's what it shows
Weeks of pregnancy Progesterone levels for a single baby (ng/ml)
Before pregnancy 1 to 28
Conception to 12 weeks 9 to 47
12 to 28 weeks 17 to 146
28 weeks till birth 55 to 200

And last night, of course I was feeling what felt like little knife pains in my lower right abdomen area - I KNOW it's all in my head!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!

Did they check your beta levels when you went in?
7 is on the low side for pregnancy, but who knows!!!!!

No, I don't think they checked my beta levels because they didn't even suspect I had ovulated.
Would my progesterone jump from 2.4 to 7 right after implantation? I wonder what my progesterone is like now....This is driving me crazy!
