I KNOW leggings aren't pants, but....
Lets say one WERE to wear them as pants.... Say, on a weekend with her kid and doesn't really give a crap what she looks like but wants to wear her tall boots with something besides skinny jeans...
Which ones are the best quality, and aren't "see through"?

I KNOW leggings aren't pants, but....
I like the yoga leggings from Victoria's secret. They are not see through and run true to size if not a tad big.

I like Hard Tail and get mine from Bloomingdales. Actually .. I sort of live in them  I can't remember the last time I wore jeans!

I KNOW leggings aren't pants, but....
I love my Matty M ones. Not see through at all but smooth material where lint doesn't stick to them especially from a sweater dress. I believe I got them from Nordstrom Rack. My most favorite pair yet

I like the LOFT ponte leggings. They are very thick and not see through. Plus they have a wide waistband, which my muffin-top loves.

I have three favorites
1. Lu lu lemon under wunder, they are reversible one side is more work out like with the little embelem the other side isn't.
2. Zella from nordstrom are also great!
Both of those pairs really hold you in and hold their shape! Don't sag at all.
3. Hue- the ones with the wide waistband!
