i KNOW they mean well

but OMG if i have to deal with the "questions" and "advice" from my family any more i am going to disown them Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

DH and i care for DS every single night. do you think that you are going to "suggest" that we try something that we have never thought of before in his 5 months here with us?

NO he is not tired. NO he doesn't need to burp. NO he is not hungry. NO he doesn't need a diaper change.

what he NEEDS is for you to GET OUT OF HIS FACE.

if you were in my face as much as you are in his i would cry too!!

I must say I am sooo lucky...I rarely have an issue with this. Everyone pretty much minds their own business...lol.

yeah, I've heard Eryk is 'high-maintenance' becuase he cries every day and doesn't sleep 20 hours a day... uhm... he's 4 months old! That's what he's supposed to do.....

Yeah, they mean well... and yeah, they don't know what they're talking about... ah, the joys of extended family

I was once asked if I knew what to do if Abby got a cold. I said "I'll figure it out." When what I WANTED to say was that I was going to rename her "Blanket" and dangle her off of a balcony like this:

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon My parents call me every day and offer "advice" on how to get DS to sleep in the crib. It's not like we don't try to get him to sleep in there. He just hates it. The comments are driving me crazy. I feel your pain. Chat Icon

Well she definitely doesn't mean her boob as she had a double mastectomy, but she always talks about my boobs, like they are for public usage Chat Icon
