I MUST be doing something wrong!!!!
Reading the WW newbie thread and everyone saying they are never hungry!! Im starving from 9:00am until 1:00 when I get to eat my lunch.
BF is at 6:30.. I tie myself over with fruit but I dont want ot go over board so I starve...b/c i dont' want to add anymore points to my day.
Frustrated cannot even begin to describe how im feeling!!!
On WW 3 months and lost 5 lbs

What are you eating for breakfast?
I have a Weight Watchers bagel at 7:30 with WW cream cheese.
At around 10 - 10:30 I have a Fiber One 90 calorie bar. Maybe even a piece of fruit.
I have lunch between 11:30-12.
After lunch today I had an apple and an orange.
I will have dinner at 4:30. Any later and I would eat my hand off.
A snack tonight when I get home from Zumba.

I eat a cup of cheerios with a banana cut up into it.
what do you usually eat for lunch if you don't mind me asking?
(oh btw...went for a physical yesterday and dr. is stumped on Y im not dropping any weight..he tells me.. cut out the fruit..too much sugar??? ummmm I'd starve!!!! and yeah.. that one apple and one orange a day is causing me to be fat!!! ) this has only added to my frustration!!

What about adding some veggies like celery & cucumber with one of those laughing cow wedges? I think those wedges are only 1 pt.

The only reason I'm not hungry is I eat every 2-3 hours. Small meals and snacks. I spread my points out throughout the entire day.

Maybe the doctor could run some tests to make sure your levels are correct. Did he suggest what you should eat in place of the fruit? Maybe air?

I know!!!! Yeah he is running blood tests... It's not like I have only 5lbs to get rid of...i need to drop a significant amount...there is NOTHING in my diet that anyone can say.. YEAP THATS IT..THAT'S WHY!!!

For lunch I eat:
Martins Potato Roll Three slices of turkey Lightly spread light mayo Two tomato slices One slice of WW Swiss cheese.
OR
Martins potato roll Can of tuna mixed with light mayo (not alot bc I'm not big on mayo) melted swiss of WW american cheese.
I also always have a pickle (or two) with my sandwich.
If I have leftovers from dinner I will have that. Usually grilled chicken marinated with some veggies.
I agree - I love the cheese wedges. They are delish.

If you're not eating since breakfast (6:30) until lunch (1pm) OF COURSE you're going to be hungry!!!!!!!!! Not to mention if your breakfast is only cereal with a banana. You need extra protein. Add a hard-boiled egg to your breakfast if you're in a rush.
Have a yogurt with some fruit between your breakfast and lunch.....again, more protein and fiber. THEN have your lunch!
You're definitely not eating enough........
Come to think of it....it's about time for my next feeding

Cereal definitely would not keep me full long enough.
How about oatmeal? English muffin with PB and banana?
When I'm hungry but down on points, you can take 2 oz of ham (if cut thin can = 3-4 slices and roll them up in a sliced up pickle or cucumber. That's only 1 pt.

Here is a sample from my day today:
Breakfast (8am) - cup of coffee, and a light english muffin with a tsp of peanut butter
10am - Apple
12:30pm - large salad with veggies, tofu, some sliced almonds, couscous on top, and a tbsp of balsamic vinegar for dressing
2pm - Fage yogurt with hazelnut/fig spread mixed in
3:30pm - Banana
6pm - Dinner tonight is a piece of tilapia with sweet potatoe and sauteed spinach with lemon and a little sprinkle of feta
ETA - I agree with the others - you aren't eating enough, and the snacks you ARE eating don't have enough fiber/protein to fill you up throughout the day

I eat ALL day long. This is what my day looks like usually:
6:30am- cup of coffee
8am- 2 pt. yogurt and a piece of fruit.
10am-special K bar for 2 pts. and maybe some carrots or other veggie like sweet red peppers.
12pm- Lunch- either a salad with some protein or a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes on light bread, which can actually be just 2 pts! Then I'll have another piece of fruit and either a 100 calorie pack of cookies for 3 pts. or a cheese stick for 2 pts. or special K crackers with a laughing cow cheese wedge for a total of 3 pts. Some days I'm starving and have the sandwich, the cookies, the piece of fruit AND the crackers and cheese! But that's 8pts., which to me, is a good, solid lunch.
3pm-one last piece of fruit for the day or veggies cut up.
5pm-ish dinner
8pm-ish a small snack like a jello or skinny cow ice cream.
I hardly ever going over my points unless it's a pizza night and I like knowing that when I feel hungry, I can actually eat and not worry about it. I try to portion out and plan out all of my food for the day. I like to have 12-14pts. from the time I wake up until the time I have dinner, so I plan accordingly. That leaves me plenty for dinner and a little snack.

This morning for breakfast I had a hard-boiled egg, and in a little while I'm going to have a little bag of cinnamon puffins.
I packed all my snacks for the day, which is fage yogurt with some crumbled graham cracker mixed in, carrots with a wedge of laughing cow cheese, and an apple.
Lunch will probably be soup with a small whole wheat roll.
Dinner will probably be whole wheat pasta w/vegetarian meatballs.

I am a Martins potato fan as well....have you tried their Whole Wheat Potato Bread? It's my fave! Sooo good - I don't know the pts though - I haven't done the new WW yet.

What my day usually looks like:
8:30 -- Banana 9:00 -- yogurt 10:30/11 -- Either a 90 Cal Spec K bar or some grapes/strawberries 12 -- Usually sandwich thin, 2oz everoast chicken, 1 slice 2% american and mustard 2:30 -- Granola thin, 100 cal popcorn, red fat triscuits, red fat wheat thins with laughing cow cheese, or another granola bar 6:00 -- dinner
I might have something sweet after dinner, or if I get hungry during the day I always have apples/oranges/pears at my desk at work to snack on.
We live with my ILs right now and my MIL makes dinner. I usually just limit my portions if she makes something not so healthy. She also usually makes a veggie so I just load up on those.

7:00 I make WW recipes everynight and just have the serving

just thought i'd share my days worth of food with you since you asked...hope this helps! 7AM or 8AM - 2 eggs and a slice of LF stop and shop brand oatmeal bread (4 pts+ for the eggs and 1 pt+ for the bread) 10AM - carrots (free) NOON - 3 oz of turkey on 2 slices of LF stop and shop brand oatmeal bread with a shmeer of LF mayo and lettuce and tomato (5 pt+) 2PM - cut up fruit (canteloupe, honeydew and strawberries) (free) 3:30PM - plain chobani yogurt with 1 tbps of agave nectar (4 pts) 5PM - cucumber slices to pick on while i make dinner 6:30PM - i made the sicilian rice ball casserole that someone posted earlier (i had 1/8th of it for 9 pt+ and then went back for another half of an 1/8 for an estimated 5pt+ - it was soo good!) and then lettuce with LF dressing for 1pt+ 8PM- pear (free)

Also, just some other thoughts...try to track so you can see how you are doing throughout the week and maybe show your leader your tracker....alsomake sure you drink lots of water through out the day! i find it distracts me from my snack cravings sometimes.

You aren't eating enough protein in the morning. Switch your fruit snack to add in rolled up pieces of ham or turkey. 2 oz is 1 point!
