I TRIGGER TONIGHT!
After 7 days of stimming I have 8 follicles that they can see. Still small. Biggest being 9. Dr. Stelling said I'm responding slowly, but responding so that's good. With DOR, you just never know.
I go back on Saturday to check again. So far I stay on the same dosage of meds
450 Gonal-f & 2 Viles Menopur.
Feeling good. Not too many side effects. I think I had the most from the Femara I took the first 5 days with the hot flashes. I am pretty bitchy but I can't blame the meds on all of it lol
Hoping Saturday's sono shows some more action!
UPDATES:
Saturdays Sono showed 6 Measurable and 5 too small to measure. Lining was 5.3. Started estrace
Monday: Sono showed 7 Measurable follies from 18.5 - 11. She didn't tell me how many smaller ones there were. She didn't look. Lining went up to 7.5 so that's good.
Started Ganirelix
Looks like I'll be stimming 15 days. Maybe 16. Dr. said most likely trigger on Friday.
I go back every day from here on out.
TUESDAY UPDATE:
Not much of an update. Still have the 7. They went up like 1 point each.
Lining is a 5.9. Must have been read wrong yesterday. No reason to go from 7.5 to 5.9 in 1 day while on estrogren. Anyway, I start the Estrace as a suppository now instead of orally. Fun fun.
Back tomorrow
WEDNESDAY UPDATE:
They counted 9. 2 more 10's popped up since yesterday. Biggest follie is 21. Told me based on my numbers, I MAY trigger tonight but hopefully I can push it off a little bit to allow those 10's to catch up a bit.
Lining was a little above 6 today so it went up a drop. Still taking Estrace 2x a day.
Let's see what tomorrow brings!
THURSDAY UPDATE: TRIGGER!
Got the OK to trigger tonight!!!
Retrieval Saturday. OMG!
So far we have 9 Follies. 5 that are good to go right now. 2 that will mostly likely be ready on Saturday and 2 more that have a fighting chance to make it.
Lining went up to 6.5. It's a slow go with that but keeping up with estrace and hopefully it'll be plump enough for transfer which will be Thursday November 21st. So 1 week to get it ready for my embies.
Holy Crap this is getting so real right now. I am beyond excited and extremely nervous all at the same time. after 14 days of stims, we are ready to rock!

I'm feeling ok. Having some real crampy moments but not too terrible. That Ganirelix is a B1tch! DH feels bad injecting me with it because the needle is so blunt. he really has to push hard. Ahhhh

Yea...that one SUCKS! I'd like to met the MAN who designed that prefilled syringe with the dullest needle EVER! Glad your feeling well :)
