i used vicks vapor rub on my nose- this should be ok right? label said to ask dr. first

i started getting a cold friday. i didnt take anythng but apply vicks vpor rub around my nose.

and last night i put some in a pot of boiling water to help break up the mucus.- it helped and i was able to go back to sleep..
however, the warning label said i should consult a health professional before using..

it should be ok , right??? now im a little nervous..

My OB told me vick's was okay to use. He also told me I could use regular Afrin spray- I've been using that the past day or so.

Im just getting over being sick and my GYN told me is was totally okay to use Vicks, no problem.

Vicks is all natural so I can't see why it would be bad. I use the Baby Vicks on Andrew when he is sick all the time too. Love that stuff. It smells sooo good
