Moron, inching...yeah...still he hit you in the rear. His fault.
I know that doesn't help the aggravation and soreness though.

Glad you are okay!! Be sure and take Tylenol or Motrin for the next two days to avoid any soreness (you can feel it up to two days later). Feel better!

Thanks everyone! I'm definitely feeling quite sore right now. I took a muscle relaxer and an anti-inflammatory about 2 hours ago and they did nothing to help. 
I'm also wondering if I should mention to my doctor that I hit my head? I didn't realize it until about an hour later - we went right to the doc from where the accident happened. I know that there was a moment of darkness when I got hit, but I'm not sure if it's because I closed my eyes or if it was because I had hit my head....  I don't remember hitting my head, though....

That guy was definitely not inching up. Someone once hit me inching and there was no damage to either car whatsoever. He had to have some speed to do that damage.
