Our insurance has an outside medical supply group that we order it from.
They ship the formula - 37 bottles to our home. On 1st of the month we get a delivery.
Much easier than having to send in reciepts and waiting for a check.

We use Apria. We get home delivery once a month (30 32oz bottles of RTF).

Our insurance covered Nutramigen and we would pick it up from our local pharmacy. They would ordered it for us.

Same here except we get 12 cans of Powder from Apria a month 
They are terrific! They call and remind me to reorder every month and it's at my door within 24-48 hours.
