I'm already fluent in French and Spanish and proficient in Italian and Russian. My next language is German! DH and I are taking a class this summer together.

I know Spanish, French, Italian, and some Greek. I'm fluent in Arabic....

I would go with Chinese since I can manage in Spanish & Italian.
Also if I could learn lip reading that would be fun.
