If you have a wood burning fireplace without attached glass doors
I need some help trying to figure out how to use my wood burning fireplace safely, since I don't have glass doors attached. I have never used it. What do I need and any suggestions where to buy it?

We have one of those metal racks to keep the wood off the bottom. That's it. Other than that, just make sure the flue is open. And we don't leave the room until the fire is completely burned out just to be safe. Enjoy your fireplace, they are so great!
ETA: I'm an idiot, forgot to mention that we also have a fireplace screen.

We just removed the glass doors from our fireplace. Now we just have a screen that stands in front of it.
