If your DC started preschool and you had another baby in the house
I am currently TTC'ing and DD is starting school in Sept.
I don't know if I should do a morning class or an afternoon class. My concern with the morning is am I going to be able to get all of us out of the house in time? (I am always running late) OR with the afternoon class, the baby will eventually drop the morning nap but the afternoon nap will stick around for a while so I don't want to interrupt that.
How do you even work DC#2 naps around the school schedule anyway? I am such a stickler when it comes to naps, I like to stay on schedule.

We do mornings and I think it works out perfectly. DD naps after dropping DS off and then we wake her to give her a bottle and go pick him up (so it was like 1.5hr nap). Then they both nap after lunch. Works great for us.

That's exactly how it works at our house too

Re: If your DC started preschool and you had another baby in the house
I did mornings and it worked out great. #2 was 15 months and still taking a morning nap then. After I dropped #1 off I put #2 down and she slept until I woke her to pick up #2. She usually slept for about an hour and half to an our an 45 minutes depending if I needed something at the store before hand and if she wanted a snack before her nap. It was great.
When she dropped her morning nap which was around 18 months, I ran errands durning that time and then after I picked up #1 we came home had lunch and a lot of times I was able to get both of them down.
The morning session at the kids school is 9:30-12 and the afternoon is 12:30-3. I knew I wasn't going to be happy with the afternoon session. The beginning was hard getting out of the house. I would try and be out of the house by 9:10, that gave me 5 minutes to put the kids in the car and then I usually sat in the parking lot a few minutes because I was early.
