I was just wondering how you can tell if someone has a legal apt. or not. As in a legal being a M/D and is paying the taxes on it. YOu could be reporting someone with a legal rental. I know basement apts are illegal, but other than that you don't know if it's legal or not if it's a 1st floor or 2nd floor rental. To tell you the truth it wouldnt bother me unless it interrupted my everyday life. JMO
