i'm getting pi$$ed with BRU.(vent)short
my sister was telling me that she went out and got stuff off my reg but found out that my cousin got some of the same stuff. they both gave the # number, they both went to 2 different stores, differents days, but the stuff isnt coming off my reg. i called bru and there had to answer for me. they just gave me lame excuses. so now im thinking what esle did someone esle buy that didnt come off and how many to the same stuff am i going to have. I know i can return it and get something esle but that just seems like a hassle. ok vent over thanks for listening to me whine like a child

I cannot stand BRU....they are way more expensive than Target and are a PITA to work with.

I had TONS of stuff that never came off my registry. lucky thing I didnt get too many doubles. Yes, their registry S U C K S!

I hate BRU.
I didn't want to deal with their BS...so I only registered at BBB, so far so good.

i know BBB is great and I love them but they didnt have all the stuff i wanted like BRU did.

I havent yet registered so I cant say if I will have the same problem, I hope not but even if I do I would still choose BRU over BBB. I think BBB is way overpriced! I wouldnt want people to have to spend extra money just because it came from BBB. Sorry for all your troubles! I hope it gets fixed!!

My Quanity keeps changing its so annoying and one day my bedding is available the next its not it keeps going back and fourth. Also I wanted soemthing in Pink and Blue keeps popping up!

I have to say, I was against BRU from the beginning because I heard to many things like this. I registered with BBB, and this past Saturday was my shower. Thursday night my sis went to BBB to get last minute stuff, well, none of the things she got, to this day, have come off! Also, I got 4, yes 4, Dr. Brown's drying racks, and it only shows 1 as purchased! HHMM I got a few other duplicates, nothing crazy, but about 10 things I received did not come off and my sis handed the girl the printout!!! It's not just BRU now, it's BBB too!!!

Yup. Same thing happened to me, also...I got a few doubles at my shower. So annoying!!
