I have to say - good job for pushing for the culture. Everything I read and every experience I've had....we may not have medical degrees but we know our children better than anyone!

i hope everything turns out okay for you.. good job for being so persistent to have the cultures done! The ER seems like they dont want to bother with stuff sometimes and would rather tell you to "follow up with your dr."

a few of DH's employees have had MSRA.
the ones treated asap seem to be much better off then those who ignored it.
a girl in one of my mom's groups daughter's had it, treated with an IV for 4 days, then fine.
I hope it turns out to be nothing

I hope the medication works and this clears up quickly.
