I am looking for an inexpensive convertible car seat for IL's car (preferably under 100 bucks)

Evenflo Titan is $99.99 at TRU or BRU. With a coupon you can save $10-25. We have one for our ILs car

A lot of people recommended the Cosco Scenera to me. I'm going to get it tomorrow. It's $50 at Target.
It's supposed to be a great, easy to install, no-frills seat. I'm getting it for MIL.

Graco Comfortsport. Watch Target ads. I've seen it as low as $64. It's a highly rated seat too.
