Injections Question...

hi ladies...i'm wondering if anyone has had bad reactions to the hcg shot. we did ours on 4/10 & IUI on 4/11 (this is our 3rd IUI). I got so sick from the shot...dizziness, nausea, headaches...and they haven't really gone away (it's been awful). going for beta on Thursday. RE told me yesterday that its a good possibility that I could be pregnant - he said that more women than not who have these symptoms consistently are the ones who are pregnant (had to go in b/c I had complications with my belly button after my March laparoscopy). trying not to get my hopes up to be disappointed again.

I only had tenderness at the site of the injection - felt like a bruise.

thanks! I started having a reaction 2 hours after DH gave me the shot. unfortunately i'm usually the chick who gets all side effects lol

I would think by now the shot would be out of your system by now, so you feeling ill is probably unrelated.

that's what I thought too until RE told me its not completely uncommon. we shall see... 2 more days!
