Someone at work just told me to slice my gums with a razor blade to relieve the pressure.... umm, then I'm have a sore gums... no thanks..

WHAT?! um dont do that
fill up a water bottle with water as hot as you can stand it and then roll it back and forth over your sinuses. . . that makes me feel better and relieves the pressure.

Ayr works sometimes.
Also, try Excedrin Sinus... that works sometimes too.

I just went through this for 4 days straight. I used Claritin D (12 hour) and when that stopped working, I bought SinuTab - that worked!!
I hope you feel better! 
eta: I saw a commercial for NyQuil Sinus and I am def buying it the next time I am at the store. NyQuil always works for me when I have a cold. but I assume it's only for use at night.

Thanks everyone.. I'm sitting at my desk pressing into my temples pretending that's working!
I've always had horrible sinuses, got a sinus infection last week.. I've been on Augmentin, musinex D and Nasacort for 5 days and the headaches started yesterday!! I am so miserable right now.
I also use Zyrtec too when my sinuses are bad, but I can only take it at night cause it makes me drowsy
I'm gonna try the hot water bottle thing now!!!

The crazy meterologist on CBS 2 at 5am said that you can kiss your sinus issues goodbye on Wednesday. I doubt that is help for now, but Wednesday is not too far away.
