I wasn't comfortable either...it was wierd b/c everytime someone said congrats my answer would be..."well it's still early" instead of thank you...kind of wierd now that I think about it.
Thats very interesting because now that Im thinking about it, I used to say the same thing. I swear I knew a week into that pregnancy that something just wasnt right

I guess inside you just know. i went to brunch with the girls, one of my bff's announced she was pg, instead of being totally psyched that we would be going through it together, i just wasn't.
thks for all the well wishes, its nice to know we're not alone, but its amazing (and sad) how many of us there are!

hi ladies, is it ok if i join you all on this board? my story is a little different since i didn't experience a miscarriage in the same sense but still suffered through a tragic loss  the full story can be read here.
DH and i aren't TTC quite yet since all of this is very new and we have a lot of emotional healing to do, but we hope to start TTC in 2 or 3 cycles.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I'm in tears from reading your post. That must have been so extremely hard for both you and DH ... Praying for only good things for your future TTC journey!

I am so sorry for your loss. it must've been so hard and scary during all those appointments. I was on 08 bride to on LIW fake names don't really matter...it's what you are comfortable with. This is a great board for support. More from me

I read this on the pregnancy board. I am SO, SO sorry for your loss Your story honestly broke my heart; I cant even imagine how hard that had to be. I truly believe you did the right thing though.
I think you should take some time off from TTC and just heal. We are all here for you for support!!

I'm Liz- 29- and DH is 34. We have a wonderful 2 year old DD. We have been married for almost 4 years.
I first got pg in 9/2006, but had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. My BFF was preggo at we were due within 2 days of each other- so that hurt- BUT we conceived DD on my first cycle after MCing. Our daughters are 2.5 months apart.
Then, I got PG in June of this year- and miscarried aroud 6-7 weeks.
It was hard enough going thru it once. I never thought I'd have to go thru it again, but I guess everything happens for a reason.
We were going to start TTCing again this month- but just as I was about to ovulate, I came down with Shingles- so we put it on hold for right now. Hopefully we'll start TTCing again on my next cycle.

We started TTC in August and got our BFP in September. I M/C a week later.

I don't think anyone will judge you for the decisions you and your DH made, so please don't worry. I'm actually inspired by your strength.

thank you each day DH and i are healing a little bit more. everybody said time will help and it is. i am definitely still in the mourning stages and find myself asking "why me" but i'm trying to take it as it comes and stay positive!

I'm Jessica Me and DH are both 35, married almost 4 years (March will be 4 yrs.) I have 2 beautiful boys, 12 and 2!
Obviously the big gap between pregnancies, for obvious reasons.. my first pregnancy with DH happend right after we were married... Not really trying but def. not preventing.... However I MC at around 9 wks, blighted ovum. and had a D&C that was in June of 06.
Tried again and found out i was pregnat in Dec of 06 with DS #2. (had him 8/07)
That brings me to now. Found out i was pregnant in Nov 08, but again MC in Jan this time lost the heart beat. And we've been trying ever since. We're in month #9.... and getting very frustrated!! I have a Dr. appt on thursday, so hopefully we can start trying something, anything... I'm losing my mind, and about ready to just throw in the towel....
Anyway, thanks for listening ladies!! TONS AND TONS of to all of you!!
