Is leg cramping, lower pelvic area and lower back cramping normal ?
I have been on my feet at work most the day, maybe this is why?
I would love to take a tylenol pm but, I guess i can't take that now.
I have read that this is all signs of the uterus getting ready for the baby, Is this correct?

yes ! a lot of it feels like period cramps and aches and pains, especially in the very beginning and then again at the very end (it's worse at the very end).
I always tried to use ice packs at night, and keep those feet elevated when you can! it makes a world of difference!

some cramping is normal. but it shouldn't be severe. when i told the dr i had some mild cramping they were ok with that but urged me to call if it worsened.
you can take tylenol. idk about tylenol pm. you can also take benedryl (if you wanted the pm for sleep purposes).
