Is there a natural labor inducing thread?
I cant wait anymore. Sex isnt working I've tried that for the last few days. I'm about to send DH out for buffalo wings in a minute. I'm too exhausted to go walking. Anything specific work for you??? Or anything different you have heard of?

Re: Is there a natural labor inducing thread?
Are you close to or past your due date? My midwives stripped my membranes both times and that helped. I used Evening Primrose Oil too starting about a week before my due date to help ripen my cervix. I also had acupuncture. Once I started having contractions I had sex.

Re: Is there a natural labor inducing thread?
I started with evening primrose oil at 37 weeks both orally and vaginally and went into labor at 38.5 weeks

How do you take this orally? I have them from TTC - I think they were supposed to increase CM or something else but I haven't taken them since then. Just curious about this once I'm ready to issue an eviction notice

Re: Is there a natural labor inducing thread?
You can try stairs, bumpy roads, maybe a birthing ball - all of them have kind of the same concept of bouncing - I found stairs and bumpy roads gave me contractions so I've been avoiding them since it was happening early on. Not sure if you could get it to turn into real labor, but it's worth a shot.

Re: Is there a natural labor inducing thread?
i read that eggplant and black licorice work but neither did for me. also you can drink castor oil, i couldnt bring myself to do it. i also had a lot of sex and that didnt work for me either (i was induced 5 days late) but supposedly sperm makes the cervix very soft and my cervix was soft, i was 3cm dialated on my due date and when i started the induction, i went from 3cm to 10 in 8 hours so it was pretty quick for my 1st baby. good luck labor vibes

I think I took like 2-3 tablets a day orally.. they were gelly tabs so I just swallowed them and I broke 2 of them and inserted them vaginally........
