Is there a red light camera on 83 and Mooney Pond Rd (northbound)?
I never usually take that way home, but now it's no longer right on red, and the light blinks a lot. Is that a red light camera?

No, that's a fog light.
The red light cameras are on a separate pole.

Actually a strobe light, which is used after long stretches of trafficlight-less roads.
