is there something wrong with my child?
DD almost 21 months old actually tells us that she is tired and wants to go to sleep She's been doing it past week or so. Like this morning she woke up at 7am and I was waiting for 11:30- 12 to put her down for a nap. well, at around 10:45 she came up to me and said "mama I go night night" and ran to her room , I put her down and she fell asleep within seconds
She does the same at night around 8-9pm(her bed time)

That is so awesome that she is able to recognize that she is tired and ASKS to be put down!!

Well, if there is, then my DS has the same problem
He puts himself down for naps and bedtime, he says "niight niight" and goes into his room
