I would say yes. Where are you renting the car? I usually pay after fees and taxes about $350 for a week. Check the weekly rate too. Sometimes it can be cheaper to rent for the week and then just return early.

Depends on where you are. We paid $260 including all taxes and fees for 7 days for a mid-sized SUV.

I think it's an ok rate to book, as long as you can cancel without penalty if you find a better rate. I'm pretty good at finding good deals if you want to let me know where your going and your dates. I have never paid more then $250 for an SUV for a week.

Yes, I can cancel at anytime...thanks so much I would love some help...July 1- 5, Tampa Airport, FL with a convertible car seat.

Is this a good car rental price?
I think that is decent for 4th of July week, with no Saturday stay over. Rates get cheaper about a month out for most places. I always use Alamo but their Tampa rates are a little high. Last August we paid about $184.89 for a Thursday to Tuesday for a mid size SUV with the Alamo Insiders 10% off, and a $35 coupon. I booked last minute though.

i think that is a good price, esp with the carseat. When I was looking for rental cars w/ car seat, they wanted $65 for the carseat alone!
