Re: Is this cheesy? ( Easter related)

Not cheesy at all. My parents did this with us and I have done this ith my kids. I had smaller one for the kids when they were forst born but after my 3rd was born I bought them all the matching baskets from PBK each with a different colored liner personalized withtheir names. My older two LOVE leaving out their baskets for the Easter Bunny!

not cheesy at all. I use the same one each year...but I never thought about her leaving it out empty, I love that idea. Now, I'm going to empty it so we can do that tomorrow night.Chat Icon

The Easter Bunny always finds Jacks basket and fills it, then he finds his big blue bunny and set it next to the basket to watch over it till Jack wakes. He also sets out an egg trail that leads to the basket. That Easter Bunny sure is busyChat Icon Chat Icon

My parents always did they - they kept the baskets up in the attic.
Come to think of it, we used to see them up there, and we still never questioned the Easter Bunny.....I feel stupid now.Chat Icon

Cuz the Easter Bunny doesn't carry around all those baskets --- he just comes to FILL them!!

Makes perfect sense to me!

We do the same. So did my parents. My Dad actually used to make bunny footprints out of powder on our living room rug. Gosh we were gullibleChat Icon

NOt at all cheesy! I bought the kids their own personalized Easter baskets for their first Easter and each year we use the same one. We put it out the night before and in the morning, it's filled with goodies from the Easter Bunny!
