IUI ladies, can I ask a question for SIL...
She is 11 days past her IUI and got a BFN. She's pretty bummed but I keep telling her to remain positive. I know she did shots (not sure what they were called) and HCG and all that. She had 3 good eggs.
There's still a chance for her right?
When did you get your BFP after IUI if you got one?

Yes, there is absolutely still a chance for her!!! I got my BFP at 10DPIUI, but everyone is different. The great thing about it, is that she now knows that the trigger shot is out of her system, so if/when she does get her BFP, it will be a true BFP! Good Luck to your SIL!!!

Re: IUI ladies, can I ask a question for SIL...
there was a very similar q today in the post called " Can you answer this for my friend please?". check it out.
i did not get my BFP, but best results are no earlier than 12 dpo. She might have ovulated a day after IUI, so that will put her at 10 dpo today. Some ppl get BFP at 10 dpos, but not always. GL!

Thanks. I hope she gets the results she wants. I didn't even think about O'ing late. I thought it was all calculated so there still is a really good chance.

If she wants to be truly sure, wait until 14 days past her IUI and have a blood test done at the dr
or wait until at least 12 days past the iui to test herself

I think she's waiting until Monday to test. Not sure when her blood test is. Maybe Monday. That would be 2 weeks.

Re: IUI ladies, can I ask a question for SIL...
Thanks everyone. SIL tested again today b/c it's BIL's birthday and she was hoping and she got her BFP! This was her 3rd IUI cycle and she has PCOS. I hope this helps give you all some hope. Now I'm hoping for my BFP as well!
