Re: Jack fell off the bed this morning
if he cried immediately and is acting normal I'm sure he's fine, if there is a bump ice it. Justin fell off the bed when he was younger, onto a pillow thank god but when I called the ped they said to just make sure he was acting ok, cried immediately and to ice the area that hit the ground.
I'm sure he's fine

Re: Jack fell off the bed this morning
The same thing happened to Ben a few weeks ago. He was on the couch and he flipped over DH's arm and landed on his back on the floor. He cried for a bit but was fine. I called the doctor but it was more for peace of mind. He was fine afterward.

I am sure he will be fine. Your nerves however, are probably a different story, and are probably shot.

Re: Jack fell off the bed this morning
awww Both girls fell head first off our bed, my oldest with dh, my youngest with me.
They cried for a bit and were fine.
I was told to just look for lethargy and dilated pupils, if nothing like that, he is A-okay
It's more scary than anything

Same thing happened to Jacob when DH was with him. DH took him to the pediatrician right away but he was fine. DH on the other hand still has nightmares about it

Aww poor Jack!! He'll be fine though. Emma has fallen off the bed before too. I think of it as a "rite of passage"

Re: Jack fell off the bed this morning
happened to DD a while ago, she screamed so much, I called the doc and he said to bring her in just to make sure she was ok, I did, she was fine , he said watch her eyes, if she throws up, ,won't eatseems unusually tired or makes weird jerking movements, and sleeps too long or has a hard time waking up from a nap bring her to the ER. She was fine. I hope your little guy is doing better

Re: Jack fell off the bed this morning
I bet he is fine if he is acting ok. My son feel off the bed when he was 2 and he broke his collar bone. I was laying on the bed next to him and everything...just couldn't catch him in time. I thought he was just cranky afterwards since he was teething and hadn't slept well and nursing an ear infection but after a few hours of him not wanting to do anything at all ... I tested him and realized he wasn't using one arm much. Only to find he broke a bone - I felt so bad! Hope he is doing well.
