The Holstville one is nice, we have went in the past. There is never a long line either. Also, the Girl Scouts are doing one at Camp Edey in Bayport.

That's too bad - I went two years ago and it was cute. I heard last year was lousy and I stayed away.

While I can completely see why it was cancelled (ridiculously expensive and not much new, plus they had it set up horribly last year), I am kind of sad. We go every year and now I feel like one of our traditions was taken away from us.

I think that they are doing one at the Holtsville Ecology Site out in Suffolk though.
We took the kids here on Saturday night and it was really cute. It was only $12 per carload so it's not too bad pricewise. We also went inside and took pics with Santa and had some snacks. It was a fun night!
We are going here Thursday night. Can't wait!
