I just looked up my parents house and they have the wrong # of bathrooms and wrong sq footage listed 
the price is probably about right though

OMG I hope it's accurate cause it values our house WAY higher then I thought it wa worth  Sweet!! Too bad we don't plan on selling anytime soon
