Keep the Collar on
just a little note, as jack is mostly inside the house, i leave his collar off. I just put it on, just in case, he darts out the door or something happens.
just thought I would share this with other puppy moms & dads

We always leave them on during the day but ITA, good post
I also keep my leashes in my garage usually but brought them in in case I had to exit through a window or something happened and I can't get into my garage.

Even without the storm we never take the boy's collars off unless they're getting a bath.
