We do kiss DD on the lips, and some immediate family members kiss her on the lips too (maybe 3 people more). But, part of me wishes we didn't kiss her on the lips-- don't want to spread more illnesses than already go around, and I just feel like mouths are germy. But, we still do it.

Absolutely! DD is 4 and I wouldn't have it any other way.
If I try to kiss her on the cheek at night, she says "mommy that wasn't a real kiss", so she's used to it too.

I would never kiss my parents on the lips--lol but I do kiss my kids on the lips, I see nothing wrong with that, but would stop when they got to a certain age.
My FIL kisses my SIL on the lips.... I think that is SO GROSS!!! I always turn and give him my cheek when he goes to kiss me-lol
ETA: I don't let anyone else kiss my kids on the lips, just DH and myself.

I never kissed my parents on the lips. For the most part we kiss dc on the cheeks. However, dh and I do occassionally kiss our kids on the lips and we don't see anything wrong with it because it is mommy and daddy and they are our babies. I definitely wouldn't want them doing it with anyone else though. And, I wouldn't want them kissing me on the lips when they're older.

I kiss Hannah on the lips all the time but I dont kiss my parents on the lips, only on the cheeks. I think its gets to a certain point where it may seem inappropriate in my opinion.

Yes, I do. I don't know if my DH does. I also kiss my parents and even some aunts on the lips.
ETA...I kiss their cheeks most of the time--it's a lot easier that way!

Yes, I kiss my kids on the lips all the time. I don't remember ever kissing my parents on the lips though I'm sure I did when I was little.

Yes I do but not all the time. Only during our cuddling time. It's far and between and I don't do it everyday. Just when we are in a close moment.
DH does not kiss DS on the lips.
DS on the otherhand french kissed me once.

I do kiss Emerson on the lips but like I stated in my post earlier I don't want other people doing the same. I know everyone has germs, including me, but I'm a SAHM right now, I don't come in contact with many people since I'm home with her all the time, and I've not been sick in months so I'm ok kissing her. I can't imagine not giving her kisses.......she's so cute!!!

DH and I do kiss DS on the lips (and anywhere else, for that matter), he also kisses his grandparents on the lips, but I think that is just how he kisses right now. I plan to continue kissing him on the lips as does DH, I think......I will however encourage that he kiss others on the cheek.
PS I occassionally still kiss my parents on the lips but its rare.

OMG...a million times a day!!!!! My little boy just has the most kissable lips. As he gets older I won't do it as much because honestly I smother him with kisses at this point. I figure eventually he won't let me anymore so I have to get them all in now
I personally find nothing wrong with it. My boyfriend also kisses him on the lips.
Come to think of it my friends children kiss me hello and goodbye on the lips too.
I don't kiss my parents on the lips but did as a child.

always kiss my boys on the lips, DH does too. I still kiss my mom on the lips but not my dad. I kiss my niece and nephew on the lips too,

Ale won't kiss anyone anywhere, so I kiss her everywhere but on her lips...hands, feet, belly, cheek....and family members kiss her on the cheek usually.
If a family member kissed her on the mouth I would be taken aback, but not sure I would say anything. But it's never happened.
We kiss, we hug in my family - but never on the lips. I save those kisses for daddy!
ETA - Like Tine the drool factors in there as well!!
