kinda a gross question
Anyone else feel like they constantly have flem in the back of there throat?
I keep pretty much stiooed with the morning sickness but now I feel like I have flem in the back of my throat that I throw up now.
I dont get it.

i had that when my sinuses went nuts early on. I was throwing up phlegm..gross.
u could have the start of a sinus infection or post nasal drip.

During pregnancy, mainly first trimester I get this in the AM.

there is an overall increase in the body's production of mucus during pregnancy. you may notice this with increased phlegm (stuffy nose, cough) and discharge.

Yup this just started! I thought I was over feeling sick to my stomach and now thanks to post nasal drip I am not
Did you try the neti pot? I have been doing it for the past two days and it is really helping me alot!!
