Aww. Those don't bother me...I'm genuinely happy for the women in my life who are expecting and don't mind their 'bump' pics :)
I do, however, take issue with the parents who post poopy explosion photos on their FB. Gross. There was a thread not long ago about that.
'Bump' pics are a documentation of a really happy time for them...just like pictures of me downing martinis are a documentation of a really happy time for me

They bother me because usually the girls who post are skinnier at 25 weeks than I am now!

I dont have anyone doing this. As a matter of fact most preggo friends havent even announced on fb. One friend lives oos and had a baby, never announced anything, and just showed the baby one day!!! All her friends including me were like

another thing that annoys me is that every freakin post on the TRAVEL board is about Disney and "what resort is good for my 2 yr old DD/DS?".

I saw that a few days ago. Out of the 25 threads on the first page, about 16 of them were Disney related. I quickly moved along to the next board. Nothing for me there at that time.

Other times I just skip right over stuff that I have no interest in or doesn't pertain to my own (CF) travel plans.

a) I hide women on FB the moment they announce a pregnancy. I type "Congratulations!!!!!!" then hide them.
b) I enjoy reading posts about "which restaurant is best for my 2 y/o" and such so I know what to AVOID at Disney! The posts that annoy me are the ones that are written in super secret Disney code.

I don't understand any kind of resentment in either direction. If people are happy, I'm happy for them. if I'm happy, I expect them to be happy for me
