Leah Walsh- William Walshs brother arrested!
William Walshs brother was arrested because he pushed through officers at the jail when he went to see his brother 
I don't trust him. I so think he had something to do with this

Perhaps he needed to get in to talk to his brother about their alibis and stories. I'm still trying to give both brothers the benefit of the doubt but I'm failing at that.

"Needing" to talk with his brother about their stories implies that they need to get something straight between them and the brother is covering something up, if not directly involved. Who the he11 tries to break into a jail!?!?!  People are insane!

I think the whole story is tragic.
Unfortunatelly, nobody really plans on killing a spouse (well usually they are domestic violence that turn for the worst).
Then people try to salvage what they think is salvagable. Making it worse.
People who love their family or feel "obligated" get themselves into things they should not.
Do I think the brother is someone involved? Yes.
But sometimes we make mistakes. AKA not calling the cops. Your brother calls you that he killed his wife during an argument. He cries and beg for help. You feel helpless. You "promise" you will help. You get sucked into this crazy thing. People panic. Then you really are way deep into this $hit and you realize how you are going to save YOUR neck. So you keep covering up. Wondering what the heck happened.
I think it's exactly what happened here.

I agree with this. I often think about what I would do if my sister called me pleading for help in a situation like his. My sister is everything to me, I can't honestly say my automatic response would be to call the police.

I feel no sorrow for this jerk. I don't care if that is what happened, because if my brother called me like this I would call the cops on his a*s so fast. Sorry....... you killed someone and took someones life in the heat of the moment....but that does not mean I feel I have to protect you to try and save you from going to jail. Whether you are family or not.
I saw the picture of this guy on Newsday...he seems like a cocky jerk if you ask me. And anyone who tries to push through jail personnel is just crazy.
