I think the whole story is tragic.
Unfortunatelly, nobody really plans on killing a spouse (well usually they are domestic violence that turn for the worst).
Then people try to salvage what they think is salvagable. Making it worse.
People who love their family or feel "obligated" get themselves into things they should not.
Do I think the brother is someone involved? Yes.
But sometimes we make mistakes. AKA not calling the cops. Your brother calls you that he killed his wife during an argument. He cries and beg for help. You feel helpless. You "promise" you will help. You get sucked into this crazy thing. People panic. Then you really are way deep into this $hit and you realize how you are going to save YOUR neck. So you keep covering up. Wondering what the heck happened.
I think it's exactly what happened here.
I feel no sorrow for this jerk. I don't care if that is what happened, because if my brother called me like this I would call the cops on his a*s so fast. Sorry....... you killed someone and took someones life in the heat of the moment....but that does not mean I feel I have to protect you to try and save you from going to jail. Whether you are family or not.
I saw the picture of this guy on Newsday...he seems like a cocky jerk if you ask me. And anyone who tries to push through jail personnel is just crazy.
I did not say he did not deserve to go to jail and I felt sorry for him.
I just said something people get sucked into a spiral that they can't stop.
I agree with you - I think that's how it happened.

These two are just disgraceful.They have no respect for anyone or anything - human life, marriage,the law, or each other for that matter.
I mean he just made his brother look ten times worse then the POS everyone already thinks (sorry knows) he is by doing this....... not that I don't enjoy that part.
Give them enough rope and they will hang each other.....

Oh totally!
When we were trying to figure out how he drove her car to the scene and then got home...I dont think he walked back home...I think his brother took him home after flattening the tire. I also dont believe that the truck driver saw a yellow car at the sceene. People make up BS all the time. He would have to be REALLY stupid to go to the scene with his BRIGHT yellow car like "look at me...I am flattening a black focus' tire".
