Let's talk about our stomachs (gas/constipation/bloating, etc)

I know, I know, not an easy topic.

I've had some issues since a stomach virus.

I took peri colace Sat night, 4 of them.

All day yesterday I was soo bloated, stomach cramps, etc. anyone else get this?? Its horrible. I took gas x last night and finally feel somewhat better right now.

Any tips/suggestions?

Urgghhhh! I feel your pain! For me the best thing has been not over eating or eating late at night! Feel better!!!
