Let's talk pet peeves
What are yours?
I have so, so many. I may come back to this thread a few times to remember all of them.
Right now my number 1 is when your neighbor hits the alarm button instead of the unlock button on their remote at the crack of dawn! (And it happens all the time) 
Chewing with your mouth open
Talking with your mouth full
People who speed up to get in front of you and then go super slow 
People with no boundaries for personal space. Like when you're in line at a store and they are so close you can feel them breathing on you. Elevators too. Let's spread out please.
Not holding the door for someone who is literally steps behind you
People who talk during movies
Clipping your nails in public. Grossssss
Edit. For my ongoing additions
When the restaurant is completely empty other than your party and the hostess sits people at the table literally right next to yours.
People that park so close to you neither you or they can even open their door the full amount to get in/out of their car. This especially pissed me off when I couldn't fit dd's infant car seat back in the wedge of a door opening they allowed me.

I agree with all of yours!!! 
The nail clipping thing!!..........
I also go nuts with the people in front of you on line who AFTER paying spend 90 minutes putting away their credit cards and money, organizing their purse, staring at the bags in their cart, and whatever 10,000 other things they feel are necessary to do while standing there having the rest of the world wait on them.

I have quite a few, and I'm sure I'll update this as I go along:
People who make noise when they eat.
People who don't say "thanks" when you do considerate things (either in general or while driving).
ETA:
A lot of my pet peeves are Facebook related:
Constant check-ins, posting every.single move you make.

People who block the doors on the subway.
People who lean their whole body against the pole on the subway.
People who get to the turnstiles and just...STOP. Like its a big f'n surprise that they need to get their Metrocard out.
People who walk against the flow on the sidewalk. MOVE TO THE RIGHT.
People who stop on the subway steps to check their phone.
People who go into Starbucks/Dunkin and act like they've never ever ordered coffee before.
Improper use of they're/their/there.
Use of "suppose to" and "use to" instead of "supposed to" and "used to". Let's add "ice tea" instead of the proper "iced tea" here as well.
People who pull their phones out during a Broadway show.
People who act like total d!cks and don't own up to it when you call them out on their shit.
People who complain about the weather every f'n day on Facebook. We all do from time to time but EVERY DAY?
People over the age of 9 who wear rompers.
Sums it up:
Elaine: "Ugh, I hate people." Jerry: "Yeah, they're the worst."

Let's talk pet peeves
The not saying thank you one is huge for me, especially if I hold the door opening for them. I will obnoxiously reply you're welcome at their backs.
People who make noises with their utensils as they eat. There is no reason your knife and fork have to slap against the plate like that unless you have fifty pound hands.
People who talk loudly on cell phones in a quiet place. I don't care if you talk on your cellphone, but you don't need to sound like you're shouting through a stadium. You're on the freakin LIRR, not in the middle of a concert.
People who don't clear their dishes from the dinner table.

DH and I were in line at DSW to check out about 3 weeks ago, and granted, it was a long line, but still... this gentleman and his wife/gf were standing behind DH so close to him I thought they wanted to get a 3 way on! I walked up to DH and put my arm around him dramatically to give him more space because he was about 30 seconds away from a serious conniption fit.

About 2 months ago there was a patient in my waiting room who was doing this.... By the time I heard it I got up, looked at them, and they stopped... but come on... a doctor's waiting room?!?!?

Since I'm sitting here stewing over this right now:
People who stand outside my office and talk to each other about NONSENSE at the top of their lungs. I am trying to concentrate in here and all I hear is your loud, obnoxious mouth.
Then when I slam the door in their face, they think I'm rude.
More will come, I just had to get this one out because it's been going on for 25 minutes now.
Don't you have WORK to do????

drivers who wait until the last possible second to merge over on an entrance ramp
people who smoke at the entrance/exit of a store

People that walk thru parking lots with no regard for the cars that are trying to get out. There is a path, use it.
People that talk to their phones all.day.long. Not on your phone, just to your phone. We don't care if your boyfriend loves you. Read the text to yourself and shut up about it.

Loud chewing, gum cracking, snoring. Basically any mouth noise I cannot tolerate.
Poor grammar, improper use of words (my co-worker: 'interpretated, shrimps, etc)
People who one-up (again same co-worker).
Long, fake nails typing sound.
