I did my first weigh in today because I was on vacation so I am using it as a starting weight. I will give my first weight results next Monday.

Of course I join this and then my dr tells me no exercise at all for 2 weeks after a procedure I had. Bleh.

Well done everyone and welcome all 
MrsBrown - I am not able to exercise either as I have a broken fibula so I know its BRUTAL when you cannot exercise - I know for me I can shift weight exercising but have never done it with diet only so this is a huge challenge and I know it will be slow.
I am hoping to keep myself busy during the danger times - for me that is after 9pm when the kids are in bed and I am relaxing...I have two huge boxes of filing to do and I might try to sort that out while I am sitting down watching t.v instead of snacking which I usually do.

Okay so I made it this far today with only eating the food I brought in my lunch bag ... now to make it til bedtime without snacking ...
might be an early bedtime for me tonight

Please add me! We will finally be in a house tomorrow with a real kitchen and I can't wait to lose the weight I have put on over the last seven weeks. I will weigh in on Wednesdays since my scale won't be unpacked till then.

I know I'm a little late but if you could add me, I'd like to participate. I am going to start tomorrow and use it as my starting weight and will report back on Sundays! Super motivated, got started a few weeks back, had a health scare and got totally off track...now, I'm ready to lose this weight!!

Good Job so far ladies!! I will have my results on Sat and I hope for a lose - but I haven't done much to get that. Hopefully Sat results will be the kick that I need to jump start!

Just weighed in...no loss this week.
I'm not unhappy though, considering we went to a wedding out of state last weekend and I was bad on Tuesday.
Next week I think I will weigh in on Thurs morning instead of Fri for obvious reasons.

I went up .6 oops! Had a weekend of parties, and wasn't on my game...definitely back on track for next week. So i guess my total loss now can be adjusted to .4 :)

No weight loss this week. I did not eat well yesterday and had a bunch of salty foods. I'm going to get back on track today and keep going.
