Week 1: down .7 pounds
Week 2: down 1.8 pounds
Happy to be able to type "down" I injured my knee and will not be able to continue my C25K plan for 2 more weeks.

Great loss!!! I also hurt my knee doing C25K. Def let it rest and try it again if you feel up to it.

Down 1.5 lbs. as of Wednesday. Today was supposed to be my weigh in day, but I don't want to know what damage I did yesterday!

I am skipping weigh in this week, did horrible on Thanksgiving and having a hard time getting back on track...starting fresh again tomorrow with eating right but don't want to see the damage on the scale and get down on myself! Weigh in next week for me....

I wasn't able to weigh in today because my son had a birthday party to go to this morning but I really didn't want to go anyway! I ate (and drank) more than usual, but I did go to the gym every day except Thanksgiving, so I'm hoping that helped a little!

So here is where I am at:
Week 1 - Down 1
Week 2 - No weight loss
Week 3 - Up 1 lb so back to square one
Week 4 - This current week DOWN 4.5 lbs
