Week 1: 1.6
Week 2: .4
Week 3: 1
Started at 128 and am down to 125 this morning. Some how I think I messed up my calculations though. Regardless, my bottom line is 3lbs and I am thrilled!!

Congrats to everyone for your losses, and for your efforts!
I stayed the same. Not likely I'll meet the 10 lb. mark by Christmas, but if I can lose even a couple or even just maintain, I'd say that's not so bad for this time of year!

Total: -4.2
Considering I ate out 3 times this week and had 2 afternoon lunch events this weekend, I'm full of salt and need to detox this week. Having an all Skinny Taste recipe week. Hopefully I'll be right back on track!!

Well done so far everyone
LESS than 3 weeks to go.....so lets try to give ourselves the extra push we need to stay off the junk and exercise if we can for the next 3 weeks - I know its SO hard with all the parties etc...I am hoping that if I stay on track for at least 5 out of 7 days and not go too crazy on the weekends I should stay on track...we will see....

I am down 6 lbs so hoping I can shift 4 more lbs by the 25th which is going to be hard but I am going to try hard.
The only reason I have lost these 6lbs is because of the 17 day diet so if you are like me and just stuck in a rut check out the other post on this diet as it really does work.

No weight loss again this week. I'm only down 1lb since this started. I can't seem to get out of this rut I am in. Starting monday I'm starting C25K again and going back to everything I was doing in the beginning.

Wow, that is amazing! The 17 Day results really are inspiring, I think I may give it a try.
I was down 1 lb. this week.

I ate pretty bad this week. Mickey D's twice with
the kids, pizza and what not! UGH!!
Needless to say I am not going to make the 10 by christmas but hopefully 5.
At this point I will take any loss!!!!

Week 4: down 2 lbs! Total loss 6 lbs.
I still can't believe I'm losing. Cooking at home, having much smaller snacks, and portion control have been my key tools. I hope I can continue this into the new year. I won't hit 10 lbs by the 24th but I'm not bother by that, I'm just glad I have something to show!

I think I didn't post on Fri. I'm up 2 lbs Too many parties and holiday baking. I'm going to be strict this week in the hopes that I can pretty much maintain my weight through the holidays.
