Re: MAC computer users
Put simply - Mac's are by far the easiest, most intuitive computers out there. i have had mac's for the past 18 years - and never once have i gotten a virus. Ever. Mac's used to crash when they got overloaded, but ever since OSX came out several years ago, i've never once had my computer crash. I have a Mac at home, a Mac at work and a PC laptop at home that i use occasionally. however, it (the pc) tends to randomly freeze, doesn't load web pages correctly and gives me weird problems. Wiith a Mac, i could figure out how to fix it, but since its a pc, i have no idea since nothing on a pc makes sense to the user.
oh, and one other thing - whenever i try and use LIF on the pc, i always have problems posting and loading pages. no idea why
Like a previous poster said.. Once you go Mac, you never go back

Re: MAC computer users
I'm a PC user, so I'm not much help, but DH uses a MAC all day at work (he's the IT guy, so he's involved with them alllll day), and we own PCs. He can't stand MACs. He gave me the following reasons:
1) not all applications come out at the same time that they come out for PCs
2) some applications never come out for MACs. You can buy Windows for MAC, but then you're spending money on two operating systems.
3) every few months they come out with a revision of their operating system, and you have to update all your applications to have it work correctly.
He has a lot of other more technical reasons.
