MAdison was in the hospital over the weekend
man something is going around and it is horrible. Friday I picked her up from school and she just was not herself, we took a afternoon nap and when she woke up she was burning. took her temp 101 ok gave her some ty. and mort. called DR. for appt on Sat. we went to the dr and everything was clear, chest, throat, ears, nose everything. get home and she is getting warmer and warmer, we give her a bath and lots of ice and she has not ate a thing since Friday at 12. ok sunday she could not even open her eyes, we run her to the hospital and she has a 105. it was the scaresist thing in the world with the blood, ivs, urine everything, all she did was wimper bc she had no energy. We were relaesd late sunday night get home and monday had another fever went back to dr. and everything is still clear and all test came back neg. so fast forward till today and she is doing better only drinking fluids and eating cherios but it is something in her. I can't wait until she is 100% herself again! Thanks for reading sorry it is sooooooooo long... o yea and I pulled her out of school, becuase she just started and got this sick...........

OMG-I'm so sorry Madison is not feeling good. There is a virus going around and I know it's not a predictable one. My whole house had it this weekend. Kara still isn't 100 percent. She keeps telling me her belly hurts and this stated a week ago. She was to the doctors several times last week and everything checked out fine too. She just stated eating today. She couldn't keep anythign down for days and she still has really loose stools.
I hope Madison is feeling better soon. If you need anything just let me know. You need anything from the store I can pick it up and do a quick drop off.

Oh I'm so sorry - I hope she has a speedy recovery and feels better soon.
There is a child in one of our classes who was in the hospital with 105 recently too - there must be something horrible going around.

Im sorry to hear that...
A high fever with little or no other symptoms can be Roseola Infantum. It's scarey b/c of the high fever. Young children will usually break out in a rash after the fever has broken...that's usually how you know what it was. If they dont break out in the rash you're pretty much in the dark.

that is what the Dr.s said. but this is day 6 or 7 and no rash yet.... so we are in the dark!

Thank you everyone! I just went home for lunch (DH is home) and she ate some chicken nuggets and fries and had apple juice!!!! Finally getting better!
