Only real mashed potatoes. Doesn't have to be homemade, it an be from a store, but mine rock.
I use Yukons since they have a buttery texture already, you get to use less butter.
I love them creamy..really whipped.

Today at work I had garlic potatoes for Lunch OMG! It was sooo good and they added sour cream as a ingredient.
