I was out for 12 weeks and the only contact I had with work I initiated to work out my schedule upon my return, or to follow up with disability paperwork etc. There was only one actually work related phone call the entire time.

My job called me 1-5x a day. It was my gf who was doing most of mt stuff so I didn't mind as much. I did however mind when one of the bosses (not my direct one) cc'd me on an email to a client and told them I'm on maternity leave but am available to speak with. Uhhhh hello I'm available for people in the work place not customerssss
