Mattress for big kid bed?
We are planning on getting DS from his toddler bed into a twin after the holidays. But for those moms who did this already... what kind of mattress did you get? Firm or soft? Thanks.

Re: Mattress for big kid bed?
We should be getting his new furniture set in three weeks. The cheapest twin mattress I found was actually at BJ's... I want to say $99. Both Ikea and Bob's were more and DH refuses to buy from Bob's because his coworker used to work there and said there was a rat problem in the recliners and people would call and complain all the time, skeeved him out big time and won't go there.
Anyway. I think I am going with the BJ's set. I was also told that there is a less chance of getting a set with bed bugs if it's not from a mattress place because places like Sleepy's take your old mattress away and that's how the bed bugs get on the new mattresses even though they are wrapped. Skeeve!
I never even thought about firm or soft though. I didn't even bother to look at what kind BJ's had. I'll have to look the next time we are there.
