Meal and nap schedule for a 11 month baby
My son is still waking up every 3 hours at night and no peace till he gets the bottle .. I am trying to give more solids in the day and partially succeeding
Any help with meal and naptimes? What does a typical schedule for the baby look like ? I give cereal and gerber fruit stage 2 .. What else can I feed him that a child likes? He suffocates on puffs so I have to break them into tiny pieces but they are not filling Any suggestions ? We are vegetarians

Meal and nap schedule for a 11 month baby
By 11 months dd was fully on table food with the exception of pouches when on the go or for snacks. Her routine was something like this
730am wake up 8am 7oz bottle of formula 9am breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, banana, strawberry, blueberry, eggs 11am 7oz bottle of formula 11-2 nap 2pm lunch, spinach littles by dr praegers, grilled cheese, cut up strung cheese, grapes 545pm dinner. Pasta, veggies, sometimes chicken cutlets 730pm bottle and bedtime
Slept through to 730am

At 11mos I still puréed a lot of her food, mainly because she liked it and so I could get her to eat really well. She also didn't eat meat, so I would give eggs, scrambled or hard boiled. Cooked apples and pears, tons of plain full fat yogurt, cut up cheese, peas, spinach, beets, polenta, French toast and I used a pizza cutter to cut into tiny bits, pizza, puffs and mum-mums as a snack. She basically ate any fruit and any veggies. Sometimes I blended w quinoa.

Re: Meal and nap schedule for a 11 month baby
At 11 months old, DS was on table food and down to 2, maybe 3 bottles a day. If your child isn't able to eat yet, it may be worth speaking to the dr to see if there's an issue there to be addressed.
DS would definitely have been starving all day and night long if he only had milk and baby jars at that age.

Definitely feed him more food if he can chew and accept it. My doc encourages us to feed our child spicy foods, etc -- whatever we eat he should be able to eat according to her.

Re: Meal and nap schedule for a 11 month baby
DD is 10 months and her schedule is as follows:
7:30am - wake up and nurse
10:30-11ish - breakfast (pancakes, waffles, eggs, bagels, bananas, applesauce) and then a bottle
2:00 - lunch (usually some sort of fruit and veggie) and a bottle
5:00 - a big bottle
7-7:30ish - dinner (chicken, steak, turkey, ham, pork, meatballs, pasta, carrots, peas, sweet potato, potato, avocado) then a bottle
She also snacks on cheerios and bread throughout the day. She hates Puffs, but LOVES cheerios. I still keep some stage 2 foods on hand just in case I don't have appropriate real food for her handy or I don't have time to cook before she needs to eat and she's starving.
